There are NO PASS OUTS. Due to licensing and people drinking in cars. Police will be walking through the car park and checking cars. Be careful how much you drink before the event – intox & bag searches will be performed on the door. Local police are running booze stops around the area so don't drink and drive!
Gate A is for people getting a taxi or Uber. Gate B Public Parking is at on Omaha Flats Road is free. You can do car drop offs there as well. Gate C is BUS entrance only so if your'e coming by car make sure you choose Gate B.
If you must drive, please designate a sober driver - there is limited free parking at the venue, at Gate B.
Taxis drop off and leave at Gate B on Omaha Flats Road. Alternatively you can call Warkworth Taxis 09-425 0000 – Mai Ride 021 624 707 Cars need to be picked up by 10am the next day or will be towed.
We have food available all day and night from both the venue and a wide variety of vendors! Safety is paramount at our events and Hidden Valley in no way condones drug taking but if you have something that you are unsure about please get it tested, stay safe, keep hydrated, and look after each other.
Ambulances and paramedics are on site with an advanced paramedic, any health emergencies please go see them! Free water stations are located next to the main bar you are welcome to bring a empty water bottle - please stay hydrated.Toilets located all in one area at the back left of the venue. We have a tonne portaloos and urninals for the males.
Too much dancing? We have a chill out zones dotted around the event to give you a break from the sun. Doors open 3pm and DJs playing from 3pm – get in early to avoid queues! The event will conclude at 11.00pm but we have transport back to your respective destinations running from 10.30pm There will be bag checks at entrance gates, you will be asked to coatcheck anything larger than a small purse on entry.

And finally: We know everyone is here for a good time but the Licensing Act states that anyone intoxicated at the event will have to be ejected from the premises. Help us out by not getting intoxicated and forcing security to ask you to ship out!

What IDs does Hidden Valley festival accept?
By LAW, the ONLY forms of ID we can accept at Hidden Valley Festival Check-in are
Please note the following IDs are NOT accepted: overseas IDs, expired IDs, student IDs, credit cards, birth certificates, library cards, and gun licenses. If you're from overseas, make sure to bring your passport.
Here's our advice:
All photo ID matters are legal issues, so there's no flexibility. Please don't waste your time asking us to accept a photo of your ID or any other unofficial form of identification.

Getting home:
All bus departures from venue begin approx. 10.30pm.
Please be patient boarding buses back home, buses will be loaded from where you are dropped off, and depart based on demand.
We know you've had a long day and want to get home, and we're going to do our best to make sure you get home safely ASAP!
When your ticket is scanned at your bus stop on the way to the venue, you will receive a stamp which will allow you to board the bus.
If you miss your bus or have alternative arrangements to get to the festival, you can collect your stamp from the merchandise stand once you make your way to Hidden Valley.
We have a ZERO intoxication and aggression policy for bus riders. If you are deemed to be intoxicated by or act aggressive toward any our staff, you will not be permitted to board a bus or enter the festival. We have a ZERO ALCOHOL/DRUGS policy for bus riders. If you are found to be trying to enter a bus with Alcohol/Drugs, or are found to have alcohol/drugs on a bus, you will be ejected from the bus and refused entry to the festival.
Auckland & Mangawhai buses will both be departing at approx 3pm. If you miss this departure time, there will be no further trips. Please arrive early for your bus. Please be patient and understanding with our bus staff - they can't wait to get to the festival either!
